Uncertainty and isolation make it very tempting to fixate on things we can’t control. We may find we’re using up valuable time and energy on things we can’t control, because it’s more comfortable than focusing on the few things we can. To me, 2020 has felt sort of like a jolt to reflect on what’s important, what’s not, and what change might look like.
